Note on Organization and Management Team:

3D Agile’s operating and advisory boards and management and core development teams bring strength for rapid program development equal to that of a much larger company. With an established network of supplier and production partners and alliances with leaders in defense technology, 3D Agile positions a visionary program for integration within US Army, US Marines, US Air Force, US Navy, National Guard and Homeland Security programs and later acquisition by a major defense leader.

3D Agile Inc. is focused on rapid development of the Jake™ multi-mission, multi-terrain modular platform. Operation American Agility supports 3D Agile in providing an incubator for this a catalyst to transformation for, and with, our Soldiers and Marines that has no other path to come forward.

This is a company, a program and teams answering one of the most urgent needs in the transformation of ground forces capabilities and soldier protection within an insurgency war environment that has the challenges of being amongst civilians. This program of a highly configurable soldier/robotic platform has been actively and strategically evolved over a six-year period. This results in large opportunities across US Joint Operations and Homeland Security, with timing to fulfill needs of a nation at war: a nation calling for adaptation and change.

Russell W. Strong Chairman

Russell W. Strong, CEO of 3D Agile Inc. and CEO of Integrated Vision Inc, is the originator 3D Agile's Soldier/Robotics platform and initiating force of this transformational platform’s evolution and its 4-year positioning for technology integration and military program interface. Mr. Strong brings 30 years of engineering, product design, production, and budget and team management experience. From a background of R&D leadership within Ford New Holland, Mr. Strong moved into automotive design and styling. On founding Integrated Vision, FIAT awarded Integrated Vision the worldwide contract for styling for the merged New Holland Global. His client work spanned major programs at Caterpillar, John Deere, CNH Global, and Fiat-Hitachi, among others. Holder of over 50 patents, Mr. Strong’s strengths in concept development, vehicle design, ergonomics and program management are significant contributors to the success of over 40 industry-leading programs. Mr. Strong spectrum of global experience and network of resources, with an energetic team-based style, brings a unique angle to tactical innovation for the military and homeland security. Mr. Strong is a '72 Tau Beta Pi Agricultural Engineering grad of the University of Idaho, with his 'PE' in Mechanical Engineering, with later studies at the Brugge Academy of Art, Belgium. Mr. Strong is a member of IDSA, SAE, and is also a noted Seminar and Motivational Speaker.

Dr. Glenn W. Kahle

Dr. Glenn W. Kahle is Executive VP and CTO of ATI, producer of track drive systems for mining, excavating, industrial and exploration. Dr. Kahle brings over 45 years experience in technology and industry leadership. In earlier work, Dr. Kahle was Global VP of Engineering for Joy Technologies (one of world’s largest mining equipment and mining companies), Executive Consultant to Caterpillar, Executive Consultant to Ford New Holland, VP of Worldwide Engineering at CaseIH, and earlier as Director of R&D at John Deere. He holds over 15 US and international patents. Dr. Kahle is a Founding Member of Carnegie Mellon National Robotics Engineering Consortium. A Fellow of SAE and ASME, Dr. Kahle earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri, his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Sciences from the University of Illinois at Champaign, and Executive Education from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Kahle is the recipient of the University of Missouri’s Honor Award, Distinguished Alumni Award of University of Illinois and ASME’s Centennial Medallion. A Captain in the US Air Force, with flight training in Texas, Dr. Kahle has continued flying his own planes since. With a fluid style of program interaction that comes from hands-on experience, Dr. Kahle also maintains a working crop farm in Missouri.

Our Soldiers and Marines are on the ground in the battle for our freedoms and need new tools and tactics, now!

An answer exists. It is at the same time both simple and complex, but given appropriate freedoms, America is great at this.

But, don’t look to Congress or the Army. They do not have the abilities that you and I have to move fast!

They will work with us as we lead with action.

We can open innovation with our young Soldiers.

Today’s young Soldiers and Marines think differently. This generation has skills and intuitions fine-tuned on video games, multi-tasking and social awareness. They are on the front line and the key to success, but we have only started to tap their abilities.

The Jake™ is a new Soldier/Robotics platform that opens new opportunities, intuitively understood by this young generation. Prototypes are already serving as a catalyst to bold innovation with these soldiers and their counterparts within our defense technology labs.

Supporting this is one of the best teams in America; proven leaders in innovation, mixing experience from across Cat, Deere, CNH, and automotive, truck, electronic and military technologies. The heartbeat of America’s talent stands ready, and will expand to our universities as funds grow.

The opportunities are so exciting, yet at the same time the situation of restricted movement is so frustrating.

Thus the mission of Operation American Agility: bringing together funds to provide freedom of development of a systems-based program linking today’s technology with the mindset of today’s young Soldiers and Marines.

Our wounded Soldiers and Marines in rehabilitation also win, as technologies are also provided to them with this program.
